Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the charge in building, maintaining, and scaling our cloud infrastructure and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our high-traffic applications, working closely with our development and operations teams to foster a culture of automation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Design, implement, and manage secure and scalable cloud infrastructure primarily using Terraform on AWS/Azure/GCP (specify your main cloud provider).

- CI/CD Pipeline : Own and enhance our CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI/ArgoCD) to enable rapid, automated, and error-free deployments across development, staging, and production environments.

- Containerization & Orchestration : Manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them efficiently with Kubernetes.

- Monitoring & Logging : Implement and maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk) to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and issues.

- Security & Compliance : Enforce security best practices in the infrastructure and application lifecycle, including vulnerability scanning and secret management.

- Automation : Automate routine operational tasks using scripting languages like Python or Bash.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure role.

- Deep expertise with at least one major cloud platform (e., AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Mandatory hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in a production environment.

- Strong proficiency in IaC tools, specifically Terraform.

- Expertise in setting up and maintaining CI/CD tools (e., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Excellent scripting skills (Python/Bash).

- Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and database operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Good to Have :

- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).

- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.

- Familiarity with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

- Experience in a microservices environment
