Job Title : PMO Specialist / PMO Lead
Experience : 2-5 Years
Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Specialist with strong expertise in PMO tools, reporting dashboards, risk & issue management, and Agile project delivery frameworks. The ideal candidate will support the strategic governance of projects and programs, ensuring standardization, transparency, and successful execution across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and maintain PMO frameworks, standards, and best practices across project lifecycles.
- Develop and manage project dashboards, executive reports, KPIs, and other reporting tools to provide real-time project visibility.
- Maintain and update Risk Registers, capturing key project risks, mitigation strategies, and impact assessments.
- Support project and program managers in resource planning, status tracking, milestone management, and issue escalation.
- Use Agile PM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana) to track sprint progress, backlogs, and velocity.
- Conduct project audits, health checks, and post-implementation reviews to ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 4+ years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project governance role.
- Proficiency in PMO tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planview, or Clarity PPM.
- Advanced knowledge of dashboarding and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel (Pivot tables, macros).
- Strong understanding of Risk & Issue Management, including risk identification, categorization, and mitigation planning.
- Hands-on experience with Agile PM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP, PMI-PBA, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
