PLC Programmer

Location : Delhi NCR (Candidates must be open to travel to client locations)

Experience : 3+ Years

Qualification : BTech / Diploma

Preferred Background : Candidates from Rockwell System Houses

Travel : Candidates from South India preferred and must be comfortable with TADA-based travel assignments

Role & Responsibilities :

- Hands-on experience with Rockwell (Allen Bradley) PLC

- Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages including Ladder Logic and Structured Text

- Experience working on Rockwell PLCs and integration with other PLC makes

- PLC programming, HMI development, and troubleshooting for automation systems

- Integration of batch control systems such as FactoryTalk Batch with field devices and SCADA

- Review and optimization of P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and control logic

- On-site technical support during commissioning and issue resolution

- Maintain detailed documentation including troubleshooting logs, control logic changes, and commissioning checklists

- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams

- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including interaction with international clients

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Knowledge of IoT, SQL, or other digitization tools will be an added advantage
