Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Playwright Developer with Automation Testing expertise to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing with specific hands-on experience in Playwright. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing test efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications.

- Understand existing automation frameworks and contribute to their enhancement.

- Create and manage test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.

- Work collaboratively with development and QA teams to identify test requirements.

- Track and manage multiple testing efforts simultaneously.

- Utilize test management tools such as JIRA, QMetry, Micro Focus ALM, or Octane.

- Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the testing lifecycle.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of overall experience in Automation Testing.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Playwright automation.

- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and SDLC/STLC processes.

- Familiarity with API Testing and tools like Postman or REST Assured.

- Proficient with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, QMetry).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
