About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Playwright Automation Engineer with strong experience in C#, test automation, and database validation using MySQL.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust, scalable automation frameworks and ensuring high-quality product releases through systematic testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Playwright-based test automation frameworks using C#.

- Write and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and backend validations.

- Perform data validation, test setup, and troubleshooting using MySQL queries.

- Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Implement and maintain automation best practices, standards, and coding guidelines.

- Integrate test suites with CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous, reliable test execution.

- Identify bugs, analyse root causes, and track issues through resolution.

- Prepare test reports, dashboards, and execution summaries.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation using C#.

- Solid understanding of automation frameworks, test design, and scripting.

- Experience with MySQL for data validation and backend testing.

- Good knowledge of API testing and integration testing.

- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD environments.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have :

- Experience with NUnit test frameworks.

- Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.

- Hands-on experience with Allure Reports for reporting and analytics.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments
