Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Playwright Automation Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC. The ideal candidate will develop automation frameworks, enhance IRM/GRC modules, and ensure smooth integration between automation tools and ServiceNow workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Playwright-based automation frameworks for ServiceNow IRM/GRC.

- Build automation scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript for UI, API, and E2E automation.

- Configure and enhance ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk.

- Collaborate with business, QA, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines.

- Troubleshoot issues related to automation, performance, and scripting.

- Ensure best practices in automation architecture and code quality.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 4+ years in automation/testing or development.

- Strong hands-on experience in Playwright (mandatory).

- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.

- Good understanding of automation frameworks and API testing.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or API frameworks.

- ServiceNow IRM/GRC certifications.

- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
