We are looking for a highly skilled Playwright Automation Engineer with around 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Playwright, modern Test Automation frameworks, and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end UI automation scripts using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).

- Build and optimize test automation frameworks to improve execution speed and reliability.

- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and define test coverage.

- Perform functional, regression, and API automation when required.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar).

- Identify, document, and track defects while ensuring high-quality product releases.

- Analyze automation results and prepare detailed execution reports.

- Stay updated on automation best practices and emerging test tools.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3.5 to 4.5 years of experience in Test Automation, with minimum 2+ years in Playwright.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.

- Experience with Page Object Model (POM) and reusable automation frameworks.

- Good understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), and build pipelines.

- Experience with API testing using Playwright, Postman, or REST Assured.

- Knowledge of debugging tools, browser dev tools, and cross-browser testing.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Docker and containerized automation.

- Exposure to cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, LambdaTest).

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
