Job Summary :

Digital Biz Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Platform Operation Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to work on major client projects.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a strong background in delivering and managing enterprise-level infrastructure services.

This role is crucial for ensuring service continuity, enhancing network and server technologies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain and improve a robust IT environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver and maintain essential enterprise-level infrastructure services, including networks, servers, backup systems, and desktops, to public sector agencies and other entities.

- Manage data center and server room operations, focusing on the effective management of network infrastructure and vital components to ensure service continuity.

- Execute new initiatives and enhancements that leverage innovative network and server technologies to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.

- Collaborate with team leaders and outsourced service providers to plan, manage, and deliver infrastructure service projects.

- Oversee infrastructure service monitoring and maintenance, coordinating with service providers to resolve issues and implement changes.

- Manage the full procurement cycle, from preparing budgets and specifications to vendor selection and invoice verification.

- Develop budget forecasts and track expenditure utilization for infrastructure projects.

- Serve as the main point of contact for the Infrastructure team on new projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.

- Manage infrastructure services for application systems in close collaboration with Applications Service Consultants, users, and vendors.

- Support Architecture Review and Governance processes to ensure sustainable operations and meet resiliency requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-level ICT infrastructure services.

- Strong technical knowledge of network and server technologies, complemented by expertise in supporting areas such as infrastructure security.

- Proven experience in ICT Infrastructure management with proficiency in data center operations, vendor management, and core infrastructure concepts.

- A proactive, meticulous, and resourceful approach to work.

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
