Platform Engineer - ML Infrastructure

The Role :

The Platform Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our platforms, enabling seamless integration and deployment of applications. The Platform Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our development and operations teams. Working closely with software engineers, DevOps, and IT teams to create and manage environments that support the entire software development lifecycle. This role will involve automating processes, optimizing system performance, and ensuring high availability and security of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable ML infrastructure.

- Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models.

- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deploy and monitor ML models in production.

- Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of ML platforms.

- Automate the deployment and management of ML models and data pipelines.

- Monitor and troubleshoot ML infrastructure and resolve issues.

- Implement security best practices to protect data and models.

- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.

Skills Required :

- Understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning and Generative AI in Python.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Linux.

- Familiarity with tools such as AWS Azure, CICD on Cloud Native.

- Basic understanding of Linux.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in engineering (BE/BTech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

- 6 months to 2 years
