Platform Engineer - IAC Terraform

We are looking for a highly skilled Platform Engineer with a strong development background and hands-on experience in infrastructure automation and CI/CD enablement. This role is ideal for a developer-turned-platform engineer who understands application lifecycles and builds scalable, reliable platforms to support engineering teams.

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform across multiple environments.

- Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment workflows.

- Work extensively with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps to standardise and enhance delivery pipelines.

- Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, tooling, monitoring, and operational workflows.

- Collaborate closely with development teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and developer productivity.

- Support cloud and application deployments with a strong focus on stability, security, and performance.

- Troubleshoot pipeline, infrastructure, and deployment issues across environments.

- Promote DevOps and SRE best practices, including version control, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure.

- Proven expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

- Practical experience using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.

- Strong Python scripting skills for automation and platform tooling.

- Background as a software developer transitioned into a Platform/DevOps role.

- Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps principles, and cloud-native architectures.

- Experience working in Agile environments and supporting production systems.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

- SRE mindset with experience in production support and incident management.
