Platform Engineer - Docker/Kubernetes

Key Responsibilities :

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across cloud & container platforms

- Participate in on-call support, incident response & RCA

- Build and enhance platform features, automation & security improvements

- Work with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker

- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

- CI/CD & GitOps using ArgoCD, GitHub/GitLab

- Monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, PagerDuty

Required Skills :

- 3+ years in SRE / DevOps / Platform Engineering

- Strong hands-on with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker

- IaC experience with Terraform

- Scripting: Bash / Python / PowerShell

- Excellent troubleshooting & production support skills

Good to Have :

- Go (Golang), API Gateways

- ServiceNow, Jira

- SaaS platform support

- GitHub Actions

- AWS / Azure certifications
