Platform Developer - ServiceNow

Role: Platform Developer

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate only.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow Platform with a strong focus on UI Builder and Workspace Development.

- Build modern, responsive user interfaces using UI Builder, reusable components, Data Resources, Client Scripts, and Declarative Actions.

- Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

- Develop and maintain custom Workspaces aligned with business requirements and platform best practices. Design, develop, and consume REST/SOAP APIs and integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications.

- Leverage Agentic AI capabilities and AI-powered workflows to improve automation and user productivity within the ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality platform solutions.

- Participate in solution design discussions, code reviews, debugging, and root cause analysis.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, security guidelines, and platform governance.

- Develop reusable components and optimize application performance for scalability and maintainability.

- Support Agile development processes including sprint planning, estimations, development, testing, and production deployments.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
