Description :

- Experience: 46 years in IT or Consulting, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Planview Portfolios implementation & manages services or support environment.

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (e.g., B.Tech, MCA)

- Location -Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities :

- 1. Participate in the implementation, support and configuration of Planview Portfolios, including data migration, system setup, and user onboarding.

- 2. Design and develop reports, dashboards, workflows, and rule sets to support portfolio management processes.

- 3. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), conduct training sessions, and contribute to rollout planning.

- 4. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service request and change requests

- 5. Collaborate on the integration of Planview with other systems using standard connectors or APIs.

Technical Skills :

- 1. Strong functional and technical knowledge of Planview Portfolios.

- 2. Good understanding of Project, Program, and Portfolio Management practices.

- 3. Proficiency in SQL and Excel formulas/macros (preferred).

- 4. Knowledge of CSS/HTM/Javascript/JSON is good to have.

- 5. Familiarity with APIs and basic integration approaches.

- 6. Experience in creating dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI with Planview data.

- 7. Understanding of common project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
