Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain data integrations using cloud-based Data Integration tools, with a focus on supporting the Dell Boomi platform.

- Provide expert customer support, understanding, analyzing, and efficiently resolving complex data integration issues with disparate systems.

- Utilize expertise in SQL and XML technologies for data manipulation and integration.

- Work extensively with SOAP/REST and HTTP protocols for API integrations.

- Apply basic scripting experience to enhance and automate integration processes.

- Demonstrate a strong passion for helping customers achieve their business outcomes through effective data solutions.

- Exhibit strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix integration challenges.

- Successfully multi-task and manage various customer issues simultaneously, especially under pressure due to urgent requests.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.

Required Skills :

- 3-5 years of experience in using cloud-based Data Integration tools.

- 3-5 years of experience in a customer Support role.

- Experience with SQL and XML technologies.

- Proficiency with SOAP/REST and HTTP protocols.

- Basic scripting experience.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Proven experience in understanding, analyzing, and resolving data integration issues with disparate systems.
