- Leading and managing the team for L2/L3 support for production systems and applications
- Monitor system performance and contribute to performance tuning initiatives.
- Estimating effort, planning sprints, and managing deliverables
- Conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices

- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in database solutions
- Work experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL is a plus)
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills :
- Ability to read and understand legacy code and complex stored procedures
- Debugging complex PL/SQL logic and resolving production issues
- Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and recommend solutions or workarounds
- Designing scalable and secure database solutions
- Translating business requirements into technical specs
Communication & Soft Skills :
- Explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Writing clear documentation and technical design specs
- Managing stakeholder expectations and project risks
Core Technical Expertise :
- Advanced PL/SQL - Writing optimized, modular, and reusable code (procedures, packages, triggers)
- SQL Performance Tuning - Ensures high-performing queries and efficient resource usage
- Oracle Database Internals - Deep understanding of architecture, indexing, partitioning, and storage
- Oracle Tools - Proficiency in TOAD, SQL Developer, SQL-Loader, OEM, AWR, and Explain Plan
- Development Tools - Git/Github, Jenkins for managing codebase, collaboration and deployments
- Ticketing Systems - JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence
