PKI/HSM Engineer - Ticketing System

Description :

- Should have worked on at least 1-2 PKI/HSM Implementations.

- Should have worked on at least 1 Microsoft PKI transitions.

- Manage and Monitor PKI/HSM end to end operations including health checks, backup,

configurations, policies etc.

- Develop Certificate Authority (CA) templates including modification and creation.

- Implement and maintain the process to manage the lifecycle of internal and external certificates.

- Monitor certificates for expiration, perform timely renewals, and manage revocation in case of compromised or obsolete certificates.

- Manage and publish Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs).

- Should have worked on Thales HSM (SafeNet-Luna) implementation and operations.

- Implement regular backups of PKI/HSM whenever an activity is performed.

- Provide/update documentation on operational procedures and methodologies.

- Manage and respond to the tickets/requests on the priority basis.

- Ensure to meet all the client expected SLAs.

- Perform gap analysis and identify remediation steps for the issue.
