As a Senior UI & UX Designer :

Your Key Responsibilities :

- Create full mockups of UX flows, wireframes, visual design, iconography, illustrations, UI animations, prototypes, interaction models and UI specifications across platforms web and mobile applications.

- Work with Product team to create end-to-end flows, wireframes, visual design mockups, illustrations, ui/ux animations, digital prototypes, interaction models, and UI specifications across platforms web and mobile applications.

- Apply creativity to come up with innovative solutions for making learning fun.

- Create intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices, the latest design trends and all available tools to augment the user experience.

- Developing and annotating user flows, journey and persona.

- Illustrate design ideas with clear storyboards, process flows, sitemaps and prototypes.

- Conduct design brainstorms with product stakeholders to understand the product details and user needs.

- Drive digital design process including digital campaigns, website and interactive experiences.

- Defining and managing the appropriate design approach for differentiating experiences.

- Execute all visual design from concept to final hand-off to Engineering.

- Create workflows, low-fi designs, high quality designs and other artifacts needed to collaborate and iterate from vision through execution.

- Work with the Product Team including input sessions, UX reviews etc.

- Work closely with Engineering teams to implement and validate UI designs, providing guidance and support during the development process.

- Apply best practice and create UI/UX design to ensure consistency, accessibility and responsiveness across different platforms and devices based on the industry trending designs.

- Responsible for continuous improvement in the design and design processes through open communication and feedback.

- Responsible to design the solutions, features, iterations, tests and delightful moments that will take Innerscore to the next level.

- Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction models.

Key Skills Requirement :

- 5+years of experience designing digital products, mobile and web experiences.

- Understanding of front-end development and database-driven functionality to foster a strong partnership with our developers.

- Knowledge of Wireframe, prototype, micro-interactions.

- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe creative suite etc.

- Portfolio of design projects and expertise with user research/usability testing.

- Additional Knowledge of agile software development mindset and tools including Jira, Git is a plus.

- Strong analytical ability with proven strength in suggesting creative solutions and innovative ideas.

- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization, logic and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

- Ability to work in a team, strong communications skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

- Good time management skills.

What We Need :

Education : Masters/bachelors degree in computer design, Development or Engineering.

Employment Type : Full-Time.

Experience : 5-6 Years
