Pivotree - Solution Architect - Syndigo

We are now seeking a Solution Architect Syndigo MDM to lead high-impact solution design, architecture, and delivery in enterprise data management programs.

Role Summary :

The Solution Architect Syndigo will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions leveraging Syndigo EDS and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Define end-to-end architecture for Syndigo MDM implementations across Product, Customer, Vendor, Supplier, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) domains.

- Translate client business requirements into scalable MDM blueprints, ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance and digital transformation goals.

- Lead solution brainstorming workshops with customers and internal teams to define system design, workflows, and integration patterns.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide architectural direction on Syndigo EDS configurations, including data models, workflows, validations, business rules, and Marketplace App extensions.

- Design and implement integration strategies with Syndigo CES, Syndication solutions, and external enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, PLM, eCommerce).

- Ensure API-driven design for inbound and outbound data flows between MDM and consuming systems.

- Establish standards, best practices, and development frameworks for MDM solution delivery.

Implementation & Delivery :

- Oversee solution development, testing, deployment, and stabilization of Syndigo SaaS-based implementations.

- Guide technical teams in configuring Syndigo components and ensure high-quality delivery of workflows, rules, and extensions.

- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and architectural governance to maintain compliance with enterprise standards.

Stakeholder & Project Leadership :

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing advisory services on solution adoption and optimization.

- Collaborate with project managers, data governance teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet enterprise and regulatory requirements.

- Mentor and guide developers, consultants, and junior architects on Syndigo platform capabilities and implementation patterns.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Technical Expertise :

- Syndigo EDS (Enterprise Data Store) configuration Data Models, Workflows, Integrations, Business Rules, Business Conditions.

- Syndigo Marketplace Apps, extensions, and custom development.

- Syndigo CES/Syndication solutions and CESEDS integration methodology.

- API design and integration for Syndigo solutions.

- Proven experience in designing end-to-end data onboarding workflows and outbound integrations with ERP, CRM, PLM, and other enterprise systems.

- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and data governance practices in enterprise environments.

Leadership & Delivery :

- Minimum 3 years as a technical/project lead or solution architect in enterprise MDM projects.

- Experience working with large-scale, complex data management programs in multinational organizations.

- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure technical delivery excellence.

Additional Competencies :

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.

- Additional certifications in MDM, Syndigo, or enterprise data architecture are a plus
