Job Description :

We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist - Collections Analytics to join our team and help shape the future of our collections strategy using the power of AI, ML, and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities :

- Track and analyze collection performance across products and delinquency buckets.

- Develop AI/ML models to optimize collection efficiency and cost.

- Forecast NPAs and provisions using data-driven methods.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, collections, finance, and product.

- Mentor and lead a small team of analysts.

Requirements :

- 2- 6 years of experience in analytics.

- Hands-on with SQL, Python/R, Excel (SAS is a plus).

- Experience with ML techniques - XGBoost, clustering, regression, etc.

- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

- Exposure to GenAI and reinforcement learning is a bonus.
