Responsibilities :

- Lead and grow a high-performing data science team.

- Architect and deploy advanced Predictive and Generative AI solutions.

- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience in financial services or Analytics/Machine Learning.

- Prior Experience leading a team of data scientists.

- Strong Stakeholder management and Problem-Solving skills.

- Expertise in Predictive and Generative Analytics -NLP, Deep Learning, Agentic AI, Computer vision, Machine Learning Algorithms, GenAI, XGBoost.

- Hands-on experience in Analytics Tools -Python, R, SQL, MS Excel.

- Experience in presenting solutions to Senior Stakeholders.

- Master's in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a bachelor's from a Tier 1 Institute.

Preferred Requirements :

- Deep understanding of the domain of Customer Experience / BFSI.

- Building, deploying, and monitoring analytical models/AI systems/Building Products.

- Understanding of GenAI, Transformers, and NLP.

- Worked in a cross-functional collaborative environment to drive outcomes.

- Experience setting up Data Infrastructures and working with large data sets to drive Analytical insights.
