Pinnacleway - Technical Lead - MEAN/MERN Stack

Description :

Architecture & Engineering :

- Lead technical architecture and system design for web applications (MERN/MEAN stack) and mobile (React Native).

- Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions built to scale.

- Write production-quality code and establish coding standards across the engineering team

- Design RESTful APIs, microservices, and database structures aligned to business needs

- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture continuously

DevOps, Security & Compliance :

- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud/server infrastructure setup

- Establish and maintain DevOps best practices and release governance protocols

- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance standards are upheld across all systems

- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies

- Maintain source code ownership, version control governance, and code quality standards

Team Leadership & Mentorship :

- Manage and guide frontend, backend, and mobile developers across all project phases

- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide clear, constructive technical guidance

- Mentor and coach engineers at all levels, actively fostering their technical growth

- Lead architecture reviews, design sessions, and cross-functional technical discussions

- Drive adoption of best practices, design patterns, and engineering standards across the team

Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience

- Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and MEAN atck

- Experience with React Native for mobile app development

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration

- Proven experience in leading development teams

- Strong understanding of system architecture and scalable design

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Experience with machine learning or AI integration

- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and deployment pipelines and

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

- Previous startup experience or building products from scratch
