The ideal candidate will work on designing, building, and optimizing scalable software solutions while experimenting with new technologies and best engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Research, design, and develop new software solutions and proof-of-concepts.

- Build and maintain backend services and APIs with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.

- Implement best practices such as rate limiting, authentication, authorization, and secure coding standards.

- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Express.js.

- Work on data processing and ETL pipelines involving structured and semi-structured data.

- Design memory-optimized and object-oriented code following industry standards.

- Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Android Studio and related tools.

- Deploy and support applications on cloud platforms such as AWS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new technologies and frameworks.

- Maintain code quality through version control, code reviews, and CI/CD using GitHub/GitLab.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in an R&D or innovation-driven environment.

- Ability to quickly prototype and validate new ideas.

- Candidates currently based in Nagpur or willing to relocate to Nagpur.
