- Responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise-level Windows infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace environments.

- Leads L1 engineers and ensures system stability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer Windows Servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.

- Manage M365 & Google Workspace (users, policies, mail routing).

- Oversee backups, patching, and endpoint security.

- Monitor systems (PRTG/SolarWinds), troubleshoot escalations.

- Lead L1 team and maintain documentation.

Skills :

- Windows Server, AD/GPO, VMware/Hyper-V, M365, GSuite, Intune, PowerShell.

Preferred Certificate :

- Microsoft Certified (Server/M365), Google Workspace Admin, ITIL v4.

- Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSA (preferred but not mandatory).

- 7-9 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
