Job Overview :


The Full Stack Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complete web applications with a strong focus on front-end technologies. The role requires deep expertise in Django, modern JavaScript frameworks, responsive UI development, and database-driven architectures.


Key Responsibilities :


- Develop end-to-end web applications with seamless integration between front-end and back-end.


- Build responsive, interactive, and high-performance front-end interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, React/Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.


- Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs using the Django framework.


- Work with PostgreSQL databases and handle data modeling through ORM frameworks.


- Ensure delivery of clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code.


- Utilize AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar for development speed and unit testing.


- Collaborate closely with designers, QA teams, and product managers throughout the development lifecycle.


- Optimize application performance, ensure security standards, and maintain scalability for production workloads.


- Troubleshoot application issues, debug code, and enhance existing features.


- Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve development processes.


Required Skillsets :


- Strong expertise in Django framework for backend development.


- Advanced proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, JavaScript, React or Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.


- Hands-on experience working with PostgreSQL and ORM-based data modeling.


- Strong debugging, testing, and code quality management skills.


- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.


- Understanding of web security, API development, and performance optimization.


- Knowledge of cloud deployment workflows and CI/CD concepts.
