Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Platform Designer with 4-7 years of experience designing for B2B SaaS products.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding product managers, developers, and stakeholdersto design seamless, intuitive, and scalable user experiences for our platform.

Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end experiences for complex B2B SaaS tools, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready UI.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, and other teams to identify user problems and translate them into elegant, practical design solutions.

- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.

- Communicate design concepts, rationale, and specifications clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Iterate quickly on designs based on feedback and data, always keeping the user at the center.

- Stay current with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to B2B SaaS platforms.

Qualifications :

- 4- 7 years of relevant experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally with a focus on B2B SaaS products.

- Strong portfolio showcasing platform/enterprise SaaS design work, including process and outcomes.

- Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, etc.)

- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

- Experience collaborating with agile teams in fast-paced, iterative environments.

- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field a plus.
