Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineering Lead with strong expertise in ETL and UI/Functional testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data validation, database testing, and working within Agile environments.

Job Location : Chennai (Mcity), Hyderabad (SEZ), Pune

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable) :

- UI Testing / Functional Testing

- Agile Methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end testing of ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Validate data transformations and workflows across multiple systems.

- Conduct UI/Functional testing to ensure application quality and performance.

- Write and execute SQL queries for backend validation and data verification.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in Agile teams.

- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a QA Tester in ETL environments.

- Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in RDBMS databases.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in UI testing.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Agile team collaboration.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Criteria :

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools is a plus.
