Pi Square Technologies - MS Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead - Power Platform

Role Overview :

The Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft 365 CE and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end solution design and technical implementation for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Drive development efforts across C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform components (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages).

- Design and implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse.

- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles.

Required Qualifications :

- 8-14 years' experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform

- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SSRS, Azure Functions, Logic Apps

- Expertise in Power Platform including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Pages and Power BI

- Strong understanding of integration patterns, cloud architecture and Dataverse

- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform

- Excellent communication, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

- Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management (ALM).

- Knowledge of industry-specific business processes (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
