Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM / BAW Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise workflow applications using IBM BPM/BAW. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IBM BPM versions 8.5.x, 8.6.x, and above, along with strong knowledge of process automation, integrations, case management, and workflow development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement business process solutions using IBM BPM/BAW.
- Develop Business Process Definitions (BPDs), subprocesses, nested processes, and process orchestration.
- Design and develop Coaches, Coach Views, and Custom Coach Views with responsive UI and efficient screen design.
- Implement UCAs (Under Cover Agents), gateways, event handling, and service calls within Coach Views.
- Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using SOAP (WSDL) and REST APIs.
- Work with IBM Integration Designer (IID) integrations.
- Develop and manage Case Management solutions.
- Create, maintain, and manage Toolkits for reusable components.
- Configure and maintain Tracking Groups for business monitoring and reporting.
- Manage Tracks and Snapshots to support parallel development and release management.
- Handle both application development and production support/maintenance activities simultaneously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality workflow solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM BPM / IBM BAW (Version 8.5.x, 8.6.x & above).

- Experience with subprocess implementation and nested process design.
- Strong experience in REST API and SOAP (WSDL) integrations.
- Knowledge of IBM Integration Designer (IID).
- Good understanding of IBM Case Management.
- Experience working with Toolkits, Tracking Groups, Tracks, and Snapshots.
- Ability to work on both enhancement and maintenance projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 6-10 years of overall software development experience.
- Proven experience in IBM BPM/BAW enterprise application development.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
