PHP/React.js Developer - Full Stack Technologies

Role : PHP with React.js Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Build responsive and interactive UIs using React.js, integrating them seamlessly with backend APIs.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams - including designers, product managers, and QA engineers - to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.

- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and actionable development tasks.

- Interact directly with clients/customers to understand their needs and provide technical insights and support.

- Conduct code reviews and follow best coding practices to maintain code quality and performance.

- Participate in the entire software development lifecyclefrom concept, design, development,

testing, deployment to support.

- Debug and troubleshoot application issues and perform necessary upgrades or

improvements.

- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for future maintenance and reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- PHP : 2+ years of hands-on experience with server-side development. Strong understanding of OOP and MVC frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.

- React.js : Proficient in building dynamic, component-based web interfaces using ReactJS,

including React Hooks, state management, and JSX.

- Database : Strong experience with MySQL or similar relational databases, including schema

design and query optimization.

- Version Control : Proficiency in Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative development workflows.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain

complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Customer-Facing : Experience in interacting with clients or end-users to gather requirements

and deliver solutions accordingly.

- Problem-Solving : Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize

code effectively.

- Business Understanding : Ability to analyze and translate user needs and business goals into

working software solutions.

Good to Have :

- Experience with front-end tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or basic DevOps concepts.
