PHP Developer - Laravel/CodeIgniter

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform a mix of maintenance, enhancements, and new feature development for existing and new web applications.

- Develop clean, scalable, and efficient code using PHP and related frameworks.

- Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Work in a data analyst capacity, supporting and analyzing data requirements.

- Collaborate with teams using business intelligence tools and applications.

- Integrate data solutions into web applications as required.

- Document application features, technical specifications, and system architecture.

- Work cross-functionally with business, product, and design teams to convert business needs into robust technical specifications.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in web development and software design.

- Strong proficiency in PHP and PHP-based frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony).

- Expertise in front-end technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.

- Solid understanding of MySQL and relational database concepts.

- Experience with version control systems (Git), APIs, and RESTful services.

- Ability to debug, test, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) :

- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Magento).

- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of BI tools or data visualization platforms.

- Understanding of MVC architecture and modern PHP development practices.
