Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide our engineering team in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
The Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and project delivery.
This role requires a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and robust software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to translate business -requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide a team of software engineers to foster technical excellence and professional growth.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Define and enforce coding standards, development processes, and architectural guidelines.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Plan and estimate development tasks, and track project progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and team building activities.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages relevant to the company's tech stack (e., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.)
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, etc.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
