Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze finance-related business processes to identify gaps, opportunities for improvement, and automation possibilities.

- Align customer requirements with Dynamics D365 capabilities, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality or custom development where required.

- Manage Dynamics AX/D365 installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance, including Enterprise Portal, Workflow, AIF, Management Reporter configuration.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical specifications and ensure compliance with Microsofts release plans.

- Participate in 35 end-to-end AX/D365 implementation cycles as a technical consultant.

- Support integration projects, testing (system and end-user), issue analysis, and resolution during project lifecycles.

- Document processes, configurations, and technical specifications for long-term maintainability.

- Work with 3rd-party solution providers/ISVs for extensions or integrations.

- Monitor and maintain system health, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

- Stay updated on cloud computing concepts, Windows Server, and Active Directory to support

infrastructure requirements.

Required Technical & Functional Skills :

- ERP Expertise: Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance (AP, AR, Balance Sheet, Cashflow).

- Technical Knowledge: Dynamics AX administration, configuration, and maintenance.

- Database Skills: SQL Server (ability to write basic SQL queries).

- Integration: Exposure to integration projects and understanding of .NET/MS SQL.

- Infrastructure Knowledge: Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud computing concepts.

- Application Support: Familiarity with support methodologies and testing during implementations.

- Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

- Teamwork: Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, collaborative environment.

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills :

- 4+ years of experience with D365 and 2+ years post-MBA experience.

- Specialization in one or more Finance modules.

- Experience with AI/ML-powered integrations or automation tools (optional).

Education & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Preferred: MBA in Finance or related specialization.

- Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Finance and Operations) are highly desirable
