Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and System Design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving technical decisions, designing scalable applications, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers.

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Architect and implement microservices-based applications.

- Drive system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.

- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and drive optimization initiatives.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams.

- Break down complex requirements into technical tasks and provide development estimates.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining code quality.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team in resolving them.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, and Java 8+ features.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Framework.

- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Experience in System Design, HLD, and LLD.

- Good knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.

- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Understanding of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and project delivery.

- Experience conducting code reviews and driving engineering best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience building enterprise-level, distributed, and scalable applications.
