About Position :

We are hiring a BA/DA with healthcare and clinical trial experience to deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.

Role : Business Analyst

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 8 to 12 years

Job Type : Full Time Employment

What You'll Do :

- Clinical trial knowledge, budget processes, operations, and dashboard understanding

- Work closely with project managers and department heads to understand analytics requirements and deliver timely, actionable insights

- Collect, organize, and maintain data from primary and secondary sources while ensuring data quality and accuracy

- Clean, prepare, and validate datasets to support reliable analysis and reporting

- Use Excel for data wrangling, reporting, and dashboard creation

- Apply Python for advanced statistical analysis, automation, and predictive modeling

- Design dashboards, charts, and reports that clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Develop and automate processes for data collection, integration, and reporting to improve operational efficiency

- Evaluate existing data systems and processes, recommending improvements for better data handling and analysis

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven insights with organizational objectives.

Expertise You'll Bring :

- Strong foundation in statistics

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python

- Proven ability to analyze, structure, and present large datasets clearly and effectively

- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making

- Strong communication skills to translate complex data findings for non-technical audiences

- Experience with advanced analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SAS

- Knowledge of database concepts and data model design

- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance practices

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
