Persistent Systems - Appian Lead

What You'll Do :

- As an Appian Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using Appian.

- You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide the development team, and ensure delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Lead the development and configuration of Appian applications including forms, reports, and interface components

- Guide systems integration efforts and ensure seamless connectivity with external systems

- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and workflows

- Work closely with users to gather, refine, and validate requirements

- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

- Develop and maintain Appian plugins, smart services, and reusable components

- Implement and optimize UI components and Connect Systems

Expertise You'll Bring :

- We're looking for a hands-on Appian expert with leadership capabilities and a strong understanding of enterprise application development.

- 7+ years of recent experience as an Appian Developer

- 4+ years of experience in configuring, debugging, and integrating systems

- Experience with Appian forms, reports, logic, and interface components

- 3+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting

- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

- Experience developing Appian Plugins, Smart Services, and Connect Systems

- Broad understanding of the technology ecosystem and industry trends
