- Strong experience in Perl server-side development.

- Deep understanding of CPAN, Catalyst, DBIx : : Class, Moose, Plack (PSGI), and Template Toolkit.

- Hands-on experience in JavaScript.

- Strong SQL expertise and familiarity with PostgreSQL / MySQL.

- Experience with Git version control workflows.

- Solid debugging, problem analysis, and troubleshooting skills.

- Comfortable working in Linux-based environments.

Backend Development (Primary Focus) :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications in Perl.

- Work extensively with CPAN modules and common Perl frameworks such as :

1. Catalyst

2. DBIx : : Class

3. Plack (PSGI)

4. Template Toolkit (TT)

5. Moose

- Build scalable architectures and contribute to design discussions.

Frontend & Client-Side Development :

- Develop and enhance client-side functionality using JavaScript.

- Collaborate with backend services to create seamless UI/UX interactions.

Database & SQL Work :

- Write efficient SQL queries and work with relational databases :

1. PostgreSQL

2. MySQL

- Perform schema design, optimization, indexing, and troubleshooting.

System & Version Control :

- Work with Git for version control (branching, merging, code reviews).

- Deploy, debug, and monitor applications in a Linux environment.

Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization :

- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

- Identify opportunities for improving application performance, stability, and maintainability.

Code Quality & Testing :

- Write unit tests using Perl and JavaScript testing frameworks.

- Refactor legacy codebases to improve structure, readability, and performance.

- Follow best practices, coding standards, and documentation processes.

- Work with cross-functional teams including product, test, and DevOps.
