- We are hiring a skilled Performance Testing Professional to ensure the speed, stability, and scalability of our mission-critical applications under peak load.

What Youll Work On :

- Design and Execute : Develop and run complex performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner/Performance Center to accurately simulate real-world user traffic.

- Analyze and Optimize : Conduct deep-dive analysis of application and infrastructure performance metrics (CPU, memory, database) using APM tools to establish baselines and identify bottlenecks.

- Troubleshooting : Proactively isolate performance degradation issues, recommending and validating effective optimization strategies in collaboration with development teams.

- Reporting : Prepare comprehensive test reports detailing results, risks, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Specialized Testing : Lead and execute various testing types, including load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing.

Required Technical Expertise :

- Expert hands-on proficiency in JMeter.

- Strong expertise in LoadRunner/Performance Center.

- Excellent analytical and root-cause troubleshooting skills (ability to analyze logs, thread dumps, and heap dumps).

- Experience with APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics) for monitoring and deep-dive analysis.

- Familiarity with database performance analysis (SQL query tuning).
