Performance Testing Engineer - LoadRunner/JMeter

Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Micro Focus LoadRunner and Apache JMeter.

- Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Volume, and Endurance testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications.

- Analyze application performance metrics, including response time, throughput, CPU, memory, and database performance.

- Identify bottlenecks and provide performance tuning recommendations.

- Create workload models and simulate real-time user traffic.

- Execute performance testing in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Prepare detailed performance test reports and dashboards.

- Coordinate with Development, DevOps, Database, and Infrastructure teams for issue resolution.

- Monitor applications using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or New Relic.

- Support CI/CD integration for automated performance testing pipelines.

Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner.

- Strong expertise in Apache JMeter scripting and execution.

- Experience in performance testing of Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Knowledge of performance engineering concepts and methodologies.

- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Grafana.

- Good understanding of SQL queries and database performance analysis.

- Experience with Linux/Unix commands and server monitoring.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
