We are now expanding our QA & Performance Engineering team and are looking for passionate and skilled Performance Testing Engineers.

Role Overview :

As a LoadRunner Performance Testing Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the speed, scalability, and stability of enterprise-grade applications. You'll work closely with our US-based performance engineering team and product owners to simulate real-world loads, identify bottlenecks, and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis).

- Analyze performance test results and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot performance issues.

- Develop workload models based on production usage patterns.

- Work with CI/CD tools to integrate performance testing into the build pipelines.

- Document test plans, scenarios, results, and root cause analyses.

- If experienced, leverage Tosca to support automated functional testing initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing using LoadRunner.

- Strong understanding of performance testing principles (load, stress, endurance, spike, etc.).

- Experience in scripting with VuGen using protocols like Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, etc.

- Ability to analyze system metrics (CPU, memory, network, DB) during tests.

- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic).

Preferred/Good to Have :

- Experience with Tosca for automation testing.

- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of REST APIs and database performance tuning.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Basic scripting skills in Python or Shell.
