Performance Testing Engineer - JMeter/LoadRunner

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Performance Testing Engineer with strong hands-on experience in JMeter and LoadRunner. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring application performance, scalability, and stability under various load conditions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios

- Conduct load, stress, endurance, and spike testing for applications

- Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks

- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues

- Prepare detailed performance test reports with recommendations

- Monitor application performance during testing and production support (if required)

- Ensure performance benchmarks and SLAs are met

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 years of experience in Performance Testing

- Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter and LoadRunner

- Good understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices

- Experience in analyzing logs, metrics, and performance reports

- Knowledge of web-based and enterprise application architectures

- Familiarity with databases, APIs, and basic scripting is a plus

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.)

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and performance testing integration

- Knowledge of cloud-based applications and environments
