Performance Testing Engineer - JMeter/LoadRunner

Job Description for :

Looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Performance Test Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testing, with proficiency in industry-standard tools and server-side monitoring technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent.

- Strong knowledge of server-side performance monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace).

- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and performance testing best practices.

- Experience with analysing logs, metrics, and profiling data to pinpoint performance issues.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts using tools such as Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.

- Analyse performance test results to identify bottlenecks, constraints, and potential performance issues.

- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to optimize application performance.

- Utilize server-side monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, and Dynatrace to track system behaviour and diagnose performance issues.

- Conduct end-to-end performance testing across various environments and support capacity planning.

- Prepare detailed test reports, including metrics, findings, and recommendations.

- Support continuous performance testing integration in CI/CD pipelines.
