Performance Tester - Software Quality Assurance

Job Description :

We are in search of an experienced Performance Tester to join our dedicated QA team at Talent Worx.

- Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies and test cases.

- Analyze system performance and provide insights into performance bottlenecks.

- Utilize performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or others to conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and pinpoint areas for improvement.

- Prepare performance test reports that summarize findings, recommendations, and optimizations.

- Continuously monitor application performance in production and pre-production environments.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure performance testing aligns with business goals and timelines.

Requirements :

Key Requirements :

- Proficiency in using performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent.

- Strong analytical skills to analyze test results and make recommendations for improvements.

- Experience with scripting and programming languages like Java, Python, or similar.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic or AppDynamics is a plus.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
