Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop comprehensive performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using NeoLoad.

- Execute various types of tests including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.

- Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, throughput issues, and latency problems.

- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues.

- Use monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana to observe system behavior and metrics.

- Prepare and present detailed performance test reports, root cause analyses, and improvement recommendations.

- Track test execution progress and publish daily/weekly status reports to leadership and stakeholders.

- Ensure timely delivery of performance testing artifacts in alignment with project timelines.

- Drive continuous improvement of performance testing practices and toolsets.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing

- Strong working experience with NeoLoad - Mandatory

- Experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or other performance testing tools

- Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostics tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana

- Good understanding of system architecture, web technologies, APIs, and databases

- Excellent communication and reporting skills

- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in scripting and automation in performance testing tools

- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum teams

- Exposure to cloud-based performance testing and CI/CD pipelines
