Performance Tester - LoadRunner (Teamcenter PLM)

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing of Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC) applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in OpenText/Micro Focus LoadRunner and be capable of designing, scripting, executing, and analyzing performance tests for enterprise PLM applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute performance and load testing for Siemens Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC).

- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using OpenText/Micro Focus LoadRunner.

- Create scripts for complex, multi-step AWC user workflows to simulate real-world business transactions.

- Design and execute load, stress, endurance, volume, and scalability testing.

- Model high-concurrency scenarios involving multiple users, peak traffic, and heavy data volumes.

- Establish performance benchmarks and define performance metrics for Teamcenter applications.

- Monitor application response time, throughput, resource utilization, and system stability.

- Analyze performance test results and identify application, database, server, network, and integration bottlenecks.

- Perform correlation, parameterization, rendezvous, pacing, and workload configuration in LoadRunner.

- Work with development, PLM, infrastructure, and database teams to troubleshoot performance issues.

- Prepare performance test plans, workload models, test scenarios, execution reports, and bottleneck analysis.

- Validate application performance against defined SLAs and business requirements.

- Support performance optimization and tuning activities before production deployment.

- Provide recommendations to improve application scalability, stability, and response time.

Mandatory Skills :

- 6+ years of Performance Testing experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner / OpenText LoadRunner / Micro Focus LoadRunner.

- Strong experience in Teamcenter PLM.

- Hands-on experience with Active Workspace (AWC).

- Experience scripting complex Teamcenter/AWC workflows.

- Performance testing of enterprise applications.

- Load, stress, volume, endurance, and scalability testing.

- Performance analysis and bottleneck identification.

- Workload modelling and high-concurrency testing.

- Performance benchmarking and SLA validation.

- Strong understanding of performance testing lifecycle.
