Performance Tester - JMeter/Load Testing

Role : Performance Tester

Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore (5 days WFO)

Experience : 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Create, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter

- Analyze test results, identify performance issues, and provide tuning recommendations

- Use monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace) to gather performance metrics

- Develop basic automation/scripting utilities using Shell, Perl, or Bash

- Conduct tests in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with JMeter for load and performance testing

- Knowledge of debugging tools and root cause analysis

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like AppDynamics or Dynatrace

- Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Bash, Perl, etc.)

- Exposure to at least one cloud platform AWS, Azure, or GCP
