Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Performance Test Lead to join our team immediately. This is a critical replacement role requiring a hands-on technical expert who can operate without oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NBFC/Finance, expert knowledge of JMeter/LoadRunner, and a deep understanding of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles including DB load, Application Servers, and DevOps integration.

You will be responsible for benchmarking Mobile (Flutter), Web, and API applications while handling multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) parallelly. You must be capable of creating custom drivers/stubs and adopting AI tools to accelerate deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

- Performance Strategy & Benchmarking : Define and execute performance benchmarking strategies for high-traffic Web, Mobile (APK/iOS), and API-based applications.

- Complex Scripting : Create custom scripts, drivers, and stubs to simulate real-world user loads on complex architectures involving Flutter, Java, .NET, Salesforce, and Nucleus based applications.

- SRE & Infrastructure : Conduct deep-dive analysis on DB Load, Application Servers, and Network layers. Utilize monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana) to identify bottlenecks.

- Agile & DevOps Integration : Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines. Work within Agile methodologies to ensure performance is tested early and often.

- Multi-LOB Management : Manage performance testing requirements for multiple Lines of Business simultaneously, adapting dynamically to changing requirements.

- AI & Innovation : Proactively adopt AI-based tools to automate script generation, analyze results, and improve overall team efficiency.

- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing : Act as a Knowledge Disseminatormentoring the team, reviewing scripts/plans, and translating technical performance metrics into business risks for Finance/Stakeholders.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Core Tools : Expert-level hands-on experience with JMeter (or similar open-source/licensed tools) for Load, Stress, and Endurance testing.

- Tech Stack Experience : Proven experience testing applications built on Flutter (Mobile), Java, .NET, Salesforce, and Nucleus.

- SRE & Monitoring : Strong knowledge of Application Monitoring (APM), Database profiling (Oracle/SQL), and Server resource analysis.

- Scripting : Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, or Python for creating custom Drivers and Stubs.

- Domain : Solid background in NBFC / Finance domain (Understanding of lending/banking workflows).
