Performance Test Lead - Python

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute performance testing activities across various applications and platforms.

- Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using Python and relevant performance testing tools.

- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.

- Design and implement performance testing strategies aligned with business requirements.

- Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing in cloud environments.

- Monitor and report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

- Mentor and guide junior testing team members.

Mandatory Skills :

- Extensive experience in performance testing methodologies and tools.

- Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation of tests.

- Hands-on experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar).

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance tests in automated workflows.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
