Mandatory Skills Qualifications :

- Proficiency in NeoLoad : Extensive experience with the Tricentis NeoLoad performance testing tool.

- Performance Testing Concepts : Solid understanding of performance engineering, load testing methodologies, and metrics.

- Requirements Analysis : Collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and architects to understand non-functional requirements and define performance testing objectives and strategies.

- Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with web technologies, client-server architecture, API testing, and application performance monitoring (APM) tools e.g. Dynatrace, Splunk.

- Execution : Executing various types of performance tests including load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing.

- Problem Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to pinpoint complex performance issues.

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management and reporting.

Desired Secondary Skills :

- Experience with other performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS, Azure and testing cloud-native applications.

- Experience with testing specific enterprise applications like Oracle Fusion, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft, etc.

- Relevant certifications such as a Certified NeoLoad Professional.

- CICD Integration : Integrating performance testing into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab to automate testing processes.
