Job Title : Performance Test Engineer ( with Load Runner )

Responsibilities :
- Define performance benchmarks, test strategies, and workload models.
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide performance tuning recommendations.
- Monitor system performance using APM tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.).
- Utilize logging tools (Splunk, ELK Stack) for root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal application performance.
- Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in LoadRunner scripting, execution, and analysis.
- Proficiency with APM and logging tools for real-time performance monitoring.
- Solid understanding of HTTP/S, APIs, databases, and server architecture.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
