Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement performance testing frameworks using K6 for web and API-based applications

- Develop, maintain, and optimize performance test scripts using JavaScript (K6 scripting)

- Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations

- Collaborate with OneStream functional and technical teams to understand critical business workflows

Execute various types of testing including :

1. Load Testing

2. Stress Testing

3. Spike Testing

4. Endurance Testing

- Monitor application performance using APM and monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana)

- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation

- Prepare detailed performance reports with insights on system behavior, risks, and optimization strategies

- Work closely with development teams to drive performance tuning and code optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with K6 performance testing tool

- Proficiency in JavaScript (mandatory for K6 scripting)

- Solid understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices

- Experience in testing API, web applications, and distributed systems

- Familiarity with OneStream or similar EPM/ERP platforms is highly preferred

- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack, etc.)

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for performance bottlenecks
